Description

Phytolite Lamp CMH/LEC Bulb 315W 3.100K

Specific for indoor cultivation, this lamp is the result of the latest HID manufacturing technology.

Compared to other lamps of the same type on the market, this bulb offers greater UV emissions, thus promoting greater resin production during flowering.

A higher peak of “Far red” radiation to stimulate metabolic activity in the flowering phase

Higher total "RED" radiation than many competing products

Using a particular coating on the arch has achieved a slight increase in PAR emissions compared to most similar products and this translates into an increase in production density

CMH lighting systems

Ceramic metal halide (CMH) lamps work best with Square Wave Technology ballasts. Higher emissions and longer life with less emissions decay over time.

These bulbs usually came with an optimal mix of gases in ceramic arc tubes, producing full-spectrum white light with a color rendering index (CRI) between 90-93 (sunlight has a CRI of 100 and a lamp HPS is approximately 26 ).

CMH lamps are generally 315 watts. The lamps are available in a full spectrum, 3100K version

A 315W CMH can easily replace a typical HPS system between 400W and 600W and offers equal or higher emissions and longer life.

When used with a square wave electronic ballast, a 315W CMH can emit even more PAR than an HPS, offering an attractive price/emission/power consumption ratio. The lamps also offer longer life with a replacement recommendation of two years and 20,000 hours. CMHs produce more light per watt than single-ended HID lamps.

Replacing your older single-ended HID lighting systems will reduce your electric bill and overall heat load in your yard while maintaining the same light intensity on the plant canopy.
