Nettles are particularly rich in silica and iron, and contain high levels of nitrogen, potassium, magnesium, microelements, enzymes and trace minerals, and, as in kelp emulsions, nettle tea stimulates the plant's immune system, improving its resistance to attacks by insects and diseases.

Dilute to use as a foliar spray or add to water or nutrient solution. Use in vegetative and early flowering or when necessary:
