Description

Cultimate L ex Aquafarm GHE hydroponic system

Cultimate L is the first small hydroponic system created in more than 25 years in California by Lawrence Brooke, the founder of General Hydroponics. Since 1975, thousands of these modules have been sold around the world providing complete satisfaction to its users along with the best yields.

These vases have multiple applications: by the collector and nurseryman for mother plants, at home for decorative or culinary plants of any size, or in the kitchen for fresh aromatic plants used in the preparation of dishes.

They are used in research laboratories, universities, and also in school environments where they allow you to see plants grow rapidly under the enthusiastic gaze of students of all ages.
They can be placed anywhere: in the living room, in the office, on the veranda, or in the greenhouse. Technically similar to the Cultimate S, the Cultimate L differs only in size and price.

The plants grow in a pot filled with clay balls. This “culture vessel” is suspended above a reservoir filled with nutrient solution. An air pump sends the solution into a pumping column and subsequently distributes it in a distribution loop.

After that, this flow passes through the clay balls and falls back into the tank. The solution fills with oxygen and constantly wets the healthy roots which thus take their nourishment in the most effective way.

Often imitated but never equaled, these systems guarantee the best performance while remaining reliable, easy to use and economical.
From 1 to 6 plants per pot depending on the size of the plants grown.
